Returns and Cancellations Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns policy.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it and you will need to follow our returns policy.

Please note that bespoke/custom products cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun. If you need to cancel a bespoke/custom order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

If you decide to return your item(s), please follow these easy steps:

  1. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) that you wish to return them. You can do this by contacting our customer service team via email (cs@chooseyourprint.co.uk) or phone (0115 646 2202).
  2. Once agreed, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund.
  3. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and also advise you take relevant insurance to cover the value of the item to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
  4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  5. Bespoke/custom products, which are made to order specifically for you, are not returnable. This includes any products that have been personalised or modified to your specific requirements. We take great care to ensure that bespoke/custom products meet your exact specifications before they are made, and therefore we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item(s) received were faulty or not as described.
  • Refunds will not be processed for any item(s) returned after the 14-day window.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) returned are not in good condition or have been used beyond normal wear and tear.
